BIO-Circul®️ Series Edge Paint is developed from bio-based intermediates, which is the fermentation of biomass from renewable non-food direct articles, to replace traditional fossil-based raw materials. The biobased contents of these products are determined by ASTM D6866 standard test method. According to the USDA, “Bio-based Products are derived from raw materials such as plants and other renewable agricultural, marine, and forestry materials. Bio-based products generally provide an alternative to conventional petroleum derived products.” This signifies that bio-based products are more environmentally friendly compared to fossil fuel-based products.
